antagonistic behavior

[George Toft]

About 10 years ago, truth was banned as a defense against libel
and slander.  It was a part of the kindler, gentler 90's, where
even if it were true, if it were defamatory, you shouldn't
print it or say it.  The rags have a high enough income that
they either settle out of court, or pay up.
