Ooh, add AppleTalk (and all the associated 'Talks). Oh yeah, ARCnet --
though again, it was wildly successful at one time. I suppose the 10Mbps
ARCnet standards belong on the list. Hmm, 100VG AnyLan -- though that
actually WAS an open standard. Token Ring switching maybe?
