2.4.x kernel and reiserfs

I'm running 2.4.0 with ReiserFS.  (I applied the ReiserFS patch myself
for this version.) One of these days, I'll upgrade to 2.4.2 (or
whatever), but I don't really want to bring the machine down.

I understand that there are NFS problems with ReiserFS, though I don't
know what these are.  I wish these would get resolved though so I
could switch more of my paritions over to using ReiserFS.
