OReilly is a pretty progressive publisher as such. I think a few of thier
texts have been released under the GFDL and I know the Docbook Definitive
Guide is available in digital format in its entirety online.
As wayne has stated they cant prevent you from sharing books at this
point. Now if you copied the book and then gave teh copy to your friend
thats a different story. :)
