Attempt at some sort of Violation?

Looks to me like an Apache start/stop script.  ;-)
So you'd obviously have to copy it to a file and make it executable, then
feed it "start" or "stop" as an argument to your script.  The whole thing
seems rather silly, however, because this script doesn't save you
anything.  You could just as easily type "apachectl start".  Maybe someone
is trying to screw with your head.  ;-)
