Qmail....again

Well, I have qmail initially installed. I telnet into my machine at =
port 25 and as I would expect I get the SMTP server. However, when I =
telnet in at port 110 I cant get a reply from the POP server. Any =
ideas??? Thanks for all of the help thus far!!
