This is a very good idea.  There is one of these in Leawood, KS where I
used to live, and even though everybody has computers there (and really
good computers, too), all the teenage/20-ish people flock to this
place.  It's really small, kinda crappy, but they've got good computers,
good games, and a good network.  They also hold tournaments.  From what I
understand, they're doing quite well financially.
