pay rates

Luisiana in not in the SW either.
Montana is not in the south either.

So on the top of problems with getting
the pages displayed in Netscape they
do not know the geography of the US.

I guess these rates are for Windows 
programmers only.

I guess their the low balls to offset the rediculous amounts out of
.ca.us, but wait, California isn't in the Southwest :).
