OTOH, There's apparently a provision that a refund could be obtained
if the software doesn't work as advertised.

 software doesn't work, they'll be the only people in America entitled

Ok, let's see a show of hands, how many of us can not get that blasted
AOL disk to work on our computers?  What about Monster Truck Madness
3?  Or even Windows 2k? :-)

I wonder what 'not working as advertised' means though, in the legal
nitty gritty.
