The next Desert Code Camp is getting set up. If you have registered
with the site before, you should have received an invitation to vote for
either May 31, June 7 or June 14 as the event date.
Desert Code Camp is a Saturday (and sometimes Sunday), no-cost,
technical conference. Presentations are done by volunteers on various
coding/programming topics. Topics are offered by the participants as
either presenters or as a suggestion of something you'd like to attend.
I have rather enjoyed them in the past.
See http://desertcodecamp.com to register and make topic suggestions.
Better yet, offer to present something. The past events have been a
little thin on FS/OSS based topics. It's up to us to get out the word
and the technology.
