[PLUG-Devel] ANN: PLUG Devel Meeting, Thursday, May 1st

OK, threatening to cancel the meeting at the last minute was bad form on 
my part.  I have repented.

The meeting will be held, no matter if I am the only one in attendance. 
  In which case, it'll be a short meeting with relatively little arguments!
