Nope.  At that point the 101 (west loop) should cross Baseline at about 99th 
Ave (9900 West).  101 (east loop) will be at Price (?) which is well beyond 
8000 East.

UAT is a few blocks west of the I-10/I-17.  You get off like you want to go to 
the South Phoenix Fry's Electronics or the South Mountain Pointe Resort.
