Someone seeking developers

I have been contacted by a person seeking a Linux driver developer.  I don't 
really have much detail on the task but I don't think I can fit the bill for 
his needs.  He asked:

"Do you know of any developers specializing in driver development and DVB?"  
That is: "X86 and Linux and DVB Digital Video Broadcasting"
