Different scopes. lki.html is a pretty basic internals discussion
describing x86 startup, vm system, scheduling, etc.

The O'Reilly Understanding the Linux Kernel is easily worth the money over
anything that is available on the net describing the major subsystems
and interfaces.

The Rubini book is a different focus: what/how/why of the interfaces
in Linux used to create device drivers of all types.

This is Linux Country. On a quiet night, you can hear Windows reboot.
