Hello, I am trying to follow this procedure on a Debian 9 machine that had a kernel panic error and how sort of works, but doesn't shut down properly. I get this output for the command:

Step 3.2: Next, run the dracut command:
#dracut -f <initrd-image> <kernal-version>
