ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vcodec rawvideo -pix_fmt bgr24 output.avi

should be the one. but would

ffmpeg -i input.flv -vcodec rawvideo -pix_fmt bgr24 output.mp4

give me a conversion from flv (the original format) to mp4 with just a
stream of pictures like we want?
