Linux or computer stuff in Vietnam?

I am going to spend time in Vietnam and I am wondering if there are
interesting Linux activities in Vietnam. Also I am going to look for
Desktop Motherboards while I am there. Can anyone in the Linux Group
offer any information on these two subjects.
