vpn with server in Phoenix

I'm looking for a VPN service that has a server in Phoenix.  I tried CBS
all access, but I'd like to have KPHO as my local station, but they use
my IP address to determine what my local station is.  Can anyone
recommend  a VPN service that has a server in Phoenix?
