I haven’t used any free software yet for them. In fact, I haven’t used any software at all as yet (lacking enough USB ports to utilize more than 1 at a time). There are both the AirSpy and RTL-SDR Mac ports available (and I have both installed here).
Like I said, I think I will be needing some help to get things going here. There are just some things that are a bit more complicated for a blind person than any sighted person (having lived in both worlds, I know this all too well first hand).
