How can I change the okular print properties default
settings to replace the Page size A4 to letter and
set all the margins to zero?

I have searched the net and found many people
reporting the same problem ... which is that
printing any pdf document the image that is
printed is reduced in size and not the correct
size.
I have tried every suggested remedy and none
of them work for me. While I can change the
settings for a single printing, the default
settings remain incorrect and have to be
reset every time.
