Go there, download the CMake source code, make sure you have purged the
previous version, and then build from source. I am guessing you are on
an older version of Ubuntu? 14dotSomething?
There may be a binary for your system.

There is a PPA for 14, 15, and 16 for the latest CMake as well if you
wanna stay in the Apt ecosystem.
