I hadn't thought about authentication with DNA, but ... it's definitely biometric !-)

True that! One more factor to consider when choosing an authentication method:
* changing one's passwords: annoying but cheap (unless one's time is very expensive)
* changing one's fingerprints: probably doable, but only with the assistance of trained (expensive) professionals, and side effects could get nasty
* changing one's iris scan: not sure that's feasible, and potential side effects seem even nastier
* changing one's DNA: good luck with that :-)
