The actual size is about 3-times the width= specified
size because it needs to be so much larger in order to
fill the screen when displayed on a smart phone (which
I also do not understand).
But the width= specified size bears no resemblance to
either the original size or the width= specified size.
Also, I've tested this on multiple devices of different
screen sizes and it is out of whack on all of them.
