Thanks!! I took a look at Proxmox. I'm looking for something free. You
jogged my memory - I was told a while ago to use KVM. I took a quick
look and it looks like I install KVM and configure each VM using it. It
appears I would not need to install any other software to create VM's -
very clean.

Am I understanding that I can install the VM's using Virtualbox on top
of Mint and see the same performance?
