The yellow RCA plug goes to a television - the composite input on the
TV. Any coax cable will do for a short run.
If you want to output to a monitor - use/get a video card.

Drivers that use the composite out are pretty sketchy, for the longest
time the NVidia Linux drivers just ignored it - I don't know if that
has changed, composite out on a computer is definitely a legacy port,
likely deprecated.
