The iis6.cab is probably an installation file for iis6 to be called from
setup. The IBM folder is not MS but IBM drivers and software.
Technically the all can be removed as the i386 folder is installation files
so you don't need a cd or dvd. Personally I wipe and reinstall any oem
built machine for these little "extras" to clean them out and only have
what big want.
