Network Sniffers

Hi All,

I have a need to sniff traffic on mynetwork. Does anyone have any recommendations for a free network sniffing application for Windows.
I'd prefer an application that's simpler to use with perhaps less features than a more complex application that a network admin might have a need for.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
