Maybe there'$ a rea$on for lower-resolution displays. Can't tell what
it'd be. But a $300 already-unlocked tablet is edging close to "why not
buy one just to foof around with?" territory.

I went the naive route of searching for "root android HOWTO" the other
day, and the whole first page of results looked decidedly sketchy. I
didn't spend more than 3 minutes looking, though, since I don't have
anything that can run any version of Android.
