By CSM do you mean CMS (content management systems)? What do you mean by
learning curve being too steep? Is Kompozer for a simple one off project or
are you looking for a web development work flow for business. If the
later, how are you at front end web development languages such as HTML,
CSS, and Javascript, or backend languages, such as PHP, Python, Ruby?
The answer to these questions depends on how relevant Kompozer will be (if
at all) to your needs.
