hello everyone,
As one of the few long-time and also blind members, I am wondering if such penetration and security applications are accessible. I have run into problems with anything on windows not even working with jaws, and only some of the applications appear accessible on OS X.
Unfortunately, given some changes to ubuntu and the text to speech interface (ORCA), I am not sure how accessible applications like NESSUS or wireshark are. Also, I haven't had a lot of time lately to even look at the issue (been in training at the NFB Colorado center for the blind since August). Since they offer training primarily on windows (and Jaws), I have had little opportunity to explore Linux. If anyone has some information about accessibility of security and IDS packages, I would sure appreciate hearing from you.
anyway, back to my job search.
