In this case, assuming that you're using Firefox, either:
1) right-mouse-click on the individual movie link and choose "Save Link As..."
or
2) While the video is playing in the browser, use File -> Save Page As...
(using the menu at the top of the browser window.)
I use the minitube application to download from Youtube, which is a completely
different beast/situation.
