okay..... I found what I hope to be a good tutorials. The instructor is
showing us how to download and install templates. But after I go to
extension manager, select the file to install, and click the upload and
install button I get an error:

Looks like User's credentials are no good...

Which tells me permissions are wrong on a file. Please, what permissions do
I need to change?
