Generally you cannot ADD files to an optical disc once you have created
one. To do so you would have had to create it in multi-session mode to
begin with which you would have had to set up when you first created it (if
k3b can do that). The only exception is if you used a true RW optical disk
(very slow) where you can effectively erase files as well.

multiple recipients, use the BCC: (Blind carbon copy). Remove addresses
from a forwarded message body before clicking Send.
