Subject: How to stop jitters?
I have two computers using the same monitor, keyboard, and mouse with a
kvm switch. The image quality on one is perfect, but when I switch to the
other computer the monitor image is "jittery" whenever I move the mouse or
when viewing certain applications.

What can I do to stop these jitters?

Below are some of the specs from 'lshw'
