You have to be root to install packages with rpm; if you have sudo set up
add sudo
otherwise 'su -' and then when you're in the same folder
rpm --install cnijfilter-common-3.70-1.i386.rpm
cnijfilter-mx430series-3.70-1.i386.rpm
