so then, this is a known file:
JumpJiveAnWail.mp3: Audio file with ID3 version 2.4.0, contains: MPEG ADTS,
layer III, v1, 32 kbps, 44.1 kHz, Stereo
MPEG tells mpeg. Does 'layer III', or 'ID3' tell me it is an 'mp3'?
