Connecting to printer connected to another computer.

Here's whats happening: I have a printer connected to the desktop in my
office. That prints fine.... all is good. I have a laptop that used to
print to the printer but ever since the hard drive crashed and
I re-installed the OS it hasn't. I go to cups and go through the
printer-discovery process (and it does find it). But it will not print.
