The line:
mount|grep -vE '^proc|^none|^fusectl|^gvfs-fuse-daemon|^binfmt_misc'
Will give you everything that is mounted.
If you want to network/mount non-graphical, I suggest sshfs:
(if you can SSH, you can mount)
sshfs user@remotebox:/path/I/want /home/my/local/path
YMMV...
