OT: blog support groups

Hi,

This is ot.

I'm looking for information on blog support groups.  There has been rumors that congress might limit who can report the news and potentially even talk about the news.  Some believe this has to do with the death of print newspapers and the like. 

I'm sure there must be some organization that has grown out of the need for bloggers to protect themselves.  I am not finding them though.

Any help is much appreciated.
