plug-announce list

I get announcements on this list as well as the plug-announce list, so
I'd like to simply unsubscribe to the announce list. Problem is, I can't
seem to get to the mailman page for it.
http://lists.plug.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo doesn't show it (or
others I would expect to see there).
Help?
