Mesa Community College offers several, so does Estrella Mountain Community College. I believe Chandler Gilbert Community College and Scottsdale Community College offer some as well.
Dennis Kibbe and Der Hans teach many of the classes, and they are active PLUG members. I also teach the intro to Linux OS (CIS126DL) and in the spring CIS226AL (Internet Server-Linux), along with PHP, MySQL and other open source classes.
Many of the classes are full or nearly full already, so you need to get moving :) Feel free to email the group or me personally with specific questions,

Subject: linux classes
so any one know of a community college doing linux (or C ) classes?
Must count for credit and if it is online all the better. If it will
help with the RHCE the that is even better :)
