Hi Dave and Larry,
Congratulations on your new Maker Bench!
The Installfests as run by Larry are fairly solid at UAT.
But we at the Hackfests might want to entertain running something in your
space in Tempe, since Chandler is a long hike for most people.
We might run one in Chandler and one in Tempe. But our focus is more along
pentesting distros, using reverse engineering tools to test security,
scanning, and hacking. We also flash cable modems and play with linux on
anything and everything, including phones (debian iphone jailbreaking/Google
toys), and do demos with decrypting hashes and rainbow tables on NVidia
Video cards, as well as wireless cracking.
We will stop by and see what we might be able to provide symbiosis for/with
your venture, this weekend. The bottom line for us is going to be
networking access, over heads and wireless, as well as an open attitude to
what we do.
Any of us could probably fix/image any of your systems as we move along.
I will stop by your Opening on Saturday on the way back from Gangplankhq.com
after 3:30.
