Most of the people I know (including myself) are more perl and java oriented.

Hi all,
I recently posted positions trying to locate candidates for a php web developer position, but I am hardly getting any responses, either through plug postings or otherwise.
Can anyone comment on the market for php developers in Phoenix? Is it the local market or perhaps my posting that is the problem?
