I think they have a lot of tech support jobs. Not something I would move for if they are anything like GoDaddy tech support.

Yeah, Austin would be a nice place; they have a university (U of
Texas) and universities generally contribute to a good scale of living
and culture.
I just might look back there and maybe give them a call; wanna be sure
