I agree - I would LOVE to teach - I would probably do it for free -
but I hate the politics of academia. I worked for ASU <as staff> for
quite a while and teaching is not a career would like to have (because
of pay / politics). Corp world does not pay bad and I am working for
an industry leader - hard to complain. On the other hand - when I get
close to retiring and do not require a paycheck - I would love to
teach :)
