They are technically an oem vendor so they sell components or barebones that
you finish. So you get good warranty but nothing as inclusive. But the
hardware os top notch and will let a good whitebox vendor compete with dell.
I like working in SM servers more than dell and hp.

One thing people at my shop like about Dell / HP is that you can get 4 hour
on-site service as an options. Do any of the SuperMicro vendors offer that?
