The two major ditribution-neutral Linux certifications have joined forces. CompTia is now using the Linux Professional Institute LX0-1-1 and LX0-102 exams for their Linux+ Certification. Mesa Community College offers CIS126DL "Introduction to Linux" which will help prepare you to pass the CompTIA Linux+ exam. In addition MCC provides CompTIA Linux+ test vouchers at a substantial discount to CIS126DL students completing the course.
If adding a Linux certification to your resume is something you've been planning to do, now is a great time to do it.
