Postfix with Mysql support

Ok so postfix cam preinstalled on this box I am working on. I want to
use virtual mail boxes with mysql (though if you have a better way to
do virtual mailboxes I am open to suggestions) but, as you may imagin,
mysql suport is not in this version of postfix (see post conf below).
So I ask, you all who are smarter then I, If I was to say, be lazey,
is their a way to enable mysql support without compiling from scratch?
