Fwd: RSVP for Saturday??

I am looking for someone with expertise to come to the installfest on 1/30
to help Mark with his sound and webcam problems with Skype (see below). I
could play around at it but that would not be fair to Mark.

BTW Eric S. is helping with the virtualization question.

I have a new Dell Vostro Laptop with Debian testing running. What I would
like to accomplish at the install fest:

First, I am having problems with sound. Sound works in all situations,
except in Skype. The built in camera works, however. I would like to get it
to work with Skype.

Second, the machine dual boots to windows, and I would like to move the
windows partition to a virtual "partition" so I can run Windows at the same
time.

Please let me know if there will be anyone who can help with these problems.
