I'm not sure I understand the question.
This can simply be done by using FileZilla (or alike) to copy the file to
the server and emailing:
http://<my_domain>/<directory_I_copied_file_to>/<file_to_share.typeof>
And the browser will download it...
I believe M$ Explorer has a limit on size, but I also recall it to be bigger
then that...
What do you need the app to do where?
